We are not affiliated with or officially connected to any of the ferry companies from which tickets are purchased.

Once you place an order on Myferrytrip, we proceed to purchase the tickets from the ferry operator on your behalf.

After the tickets have been purchased and delivered to you, the order cannot be cancelled or changed, as we have already completed the transaction with the third-party provider.

Cancellations or modifications are only possible before we process your booking and purchase the tickets.

Since Myferrytrip functions purely as an intermediary, we are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, delays, or actions by the ferry operators. You must comply with the terms and policies of the ferry company providing the service.
