🐾 Can I bring pets on the ferry?
Yes, pets are welcome aboard. Pets travel free of charge, but they must be accompanied and supervised by the ticketed passenger at all times. Pets must be leashed or in a secure container and are not allowed on seats or tables. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. For health reasons, pets (except service animals) are not permitted in food service areas.

In most cases, no reservation is required for walk-on passengers. You can book your tickets directly through MyFerryTrip.com and present your ticket at the terminal. However, we recommend booking in advance during busy travel periods (such as summer weekends or holidays) to guarantee your spot.
🚗 Do I need a reservation for my vehicle?
Yes. If you're traveling with a vehicle, an advance reservation is required. Vehicle space is limited and often sells out, especially during peak season. Use our platform to check availability and book early.
⚠️ Are there any safety precautions I should follow while onboard?
Yes. Please remain aware of your surroundings, especially while docking or during rough conditions. Hold onto handrails, supervise children closely, and never stand on stairways or at the tops of stairwells during departure or docking. Follow all crew instructions for your safety.
🧳 How much baggage can I bring?
Personal baggage is allowed at no extra charge. However, large or bulky items such as bikes, surfboards, coolers, and oversized luggage may require an additional fee. Passengers may be asked to place large items on luggage carts or in designated storage areas to ensure safety and comfort onboard.
👶 Can children travel unaccompanied?
No. Children under 13 must be accompanied by someone aged 13 or older who is responsible for their behavior and safety during the trip.
🚢 Who has boarding priority?
Passengers with confirmed vehicle reservations are given boarding priority over standby vehicles and walk-on passengers. In some cases, high-demand sailings may reach capacity; we advise arriving early and booking ahead when possible.
🍺 Can I bring or consume alcohol on board?
Passengers are allowed to bring alcohol in sealed containers as part of their luggage, but consuming personal alcohol aboard the ferry is not permitted. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed if purchased through an authorized onboard vendor, where available.
🚭 Can I smoke on the ferry or at the terminal?
No. Smoking—including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited onboard and in most terminal areas. Designated outdoor smoking zones may be available at select terminals, away from passenger queues and buildings.
🚴 Do I need a reservation for my bicycle?
No reservation is required for bicycles. Bike tickets can be purchased on the day of departure, and transport is based on space availability.
🚘 Are rental cars available at the terminal?
Rental car services may be available near certain terminal locations. However, MyFerryTrip.com does not currently offer car rental bookings. We recommend arranging your rental directly with providers in advance of travel.
⏰ When should I arrive at the terminal?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before departure for foot passengers, and 45-60 minutes in advance during peak travel times. If you are traveling with a vehicle, early arrival is especially important to ensure smooth boarding.

💰 Do children and adults pay the same fare?
No. Children aged 5 to 12 qualify for a reduced child fare. Children under 5 often travel free. Passengers 13 and older are charged the adult fare. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire journey.
📅 How long are tickets valid?
Standard tickets are typically valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Please review your ticket details upon purchase.
